【Exchange Instructions】

1. If you need to exchange the product due to the wrong size when you receive the product, you must contact us within 7 days for the exchange. If the exceeds the 7-day hesitation period , We will not be able to handle the exchange (7 days from the time of the freight receipt).

2. The exchanged goods must be in good condition, not used, washed or modified, without stains or cosmetics and other traces, and will not affect the second sale. The outer packaging of the product must be intact (including the outer packaging box or outer packaging bag, please do not stick tape directly on the outer packaging of the product or the shoe box, please add a box and bag to the product), and the product accessories, instructions, tags, logos, Labels, etc. must be kept intact.
*The shoe box of the shoe product is also a product. When replacing the product, the shoe box and the shoes must be returned together. If the shoe box is damaged, it is the same product, and no refund will be given.

3. After confirming the replacement, we will send Hsinchu freight to pick up the item. Please keep your phone open so that the logistics operator can contact the logistics operator smoothly. Return the item to be exchanged to the designated location at your own expense.

4. After ASH GOLF receives the product, it will confirm that the product and outer packaging are complete and there are no omissions, and will send the replacement product within 3 working days.

Return the goods to the designated location and bear the shipping cost. Returns will not be accepted if the hesitation period exceeds 7 days.

4. ASH GOLF will refund the original payment method within 7 working days after receiving the product and confirm that the product and the outer packaging are complete and without omission. If the order is cash on delivery, please provide a refund when returning Refund information, if the information is incomplete, the refund operation time will be delayed.
